5charger

5.1This series of chargers are of cabinet structure. Its frame is formed by bending and welding steel plates. It has high mechanical strength and rigidity. The transformer is placed in the lower part, the rectifying part is installed in the middle part, the electrical mounting plate is installed in the upper part, and the instrument, indicator light and operation button are placed on the front part for easy operation and observation. The top part is equipped with a hanging tower for easy lifting and handling.

5.2charger is mainly composed of the following parts.

5.2.1Air switch, AC contactor, microcomputer controller, control transformer (only660Vinstallation).

5.2.2rectifier transformer.

5.2.3three-phase full-bridge rectifier components, over-voltage absorption components, fast fuses, shunts, etc.

6charging and maintenance methods

6.1charger arrives at the user, check whether all kinds of documents are complete, whether the product is complete, whether there is any damage, and whether the fasteners are loose.

6.2charger shall be provided by the user and shall be correctly wired according to the electrical schematic diagram. This series of chargers belong to constant voltage charging mode, so the charging voltage of a single battery is fixed. Therefore, after confirming that the power supply and external power supply of the charger are correct, it should also be determined whether the power supply device of the charged locomotive is matched with the charger, otherwise the charging current will be too large or too small, and the expected charging effect cannot be achieved.

6.3automatic charging (daily charging)

6.4Manual charging (initial charging of new battery)

7Considerations

7.1This series of products adopts a cabinet structure. The front and rear doors of the cabinet are opened. During installation, it must be ensured that the front and rear doors can be opened and closed freely, and the necessary maintenance space is reserved.

7.2The cabinet must be reliably connected to the earth, and its grounding resistance must meet the national safety standards.

7.7After long-term shutdown, dust removal and dehumidification should be carried out before being put into use. The contactor contact should be checked frequently and replaced in time if it is burnt out.

7.8Maintenance should be made sure that the automatic switch is disconnected before it can be carried out, and non-professionals are not allowed to carry out maintenance.
